Jane Gibson

Jane began her career in Education Finance in 1989 at North Yorkshire Council as part of the original LMS Task force supporting schools managing their budgets for the first time, having spent the previous 10 years working in Central Treasurers. Jane moved to work as a Product Manager at RM in 1995, overseeing development of RM Finance and implementing software globally in Malta, Australia, and SCE. Twenty years later she joined Access Education (formerly HCSS) to product manage Access Education Finance. Having now retired, Jane is excited to support Synergy Schools as they grow and learn together, leveraging her wealth of experience in education finance and strategic management

Jane enjoys long walks in the country (often ending with a pub lunch!) but above all she loves nothing better than losing herself in a good book.
